Mr. Nelson gave me the best price, and he provided a service that was better than I could have imagined. He even went beyond what was expected. He cleaned our sofa and chair without charging extra. He was fast yet still very efficient. I told him to come back and clean the carpet every three months. We have three small children, so having a clean carpet is very important. We trust Matt Nelson.

From arriving promptly, to explaining what he would do, to digging into the job, and the rugs were beautiful when he left. We have a lot of carpet, yet as promised, he was finished after just four hours and the rugs were completely dry by that night. He?s a very conscientious man. And on the day of our appointment when his appointments before us maybe didn’t go well as he planned he called to make sure we knew he was running a little late. He was able to make some pretty dingy carpet come back to life and we were very pleased to see that he was able to restore them back to the way they looked before we moved into our house 3 years (and 3 babies) ago! We will definitely be calling him back next year.
